Time Off

Time off will be first come, first serve, as we cannot have multiple operators off simultaneously.
Send a request as soon as you know the dates.
Please give at least 2 weeks notice for 1 day appointments and try to schedule for the beginning or ending of a week.
Requests submitted within 2 weeks of the requested date will be at management’s discretion.
