Anchoring to concrete can be completed either mechanically or chemically. The anchor load and application will determine the type of anchor you will use. As Hilti-certified anchor installers, we can help identify the appropriate anchoring system for your project. Although it is important to use the correct anchoring system, it is even more important to install it correctly. Improper or poor installation can result in failure of the anchoring system. The manufacturer is not held responsible if the anchoring system is not installed by a certified installer, per their specifications.
Special Note: Your anchoring system must be selected prior to creating the hole for the anchor. Once you have drilled the hole, your opportunity to correct any mistakes has been lost, so get us involved early.
The two most important aspects of the anchoring process are getting the anchor in the correct location in a level usable orientation and ensuring the anchor will correctly hold the load. We have worked with customers to make templates in order to ensure the accuracy of the install. We can also schedule and coordinate pull testing if necessary.
From setting concrete anchors for stadium seats to mounting studs for cell towers, we have the experience as well as the partnership with the industry leader, Hilit, to get the job done right. Our products can even be used for underwater fastening.
The many applications available include epoxy anchoring, chemical adhesive anchoring, drop-in anchors, post style anchors, threaded inserts, all thread, rebar, pins, threaded rod, RE500, and epoxy-coated bar.
