Core drilling can be completed in almost every diameter, from ½” up to 60”, for plumbing, duct work, structural, and electrical installations. Material such as concrete block, concrete, asphalt, brick, and steel can all be core-drilled.
Core drilling is typically completed using a wet process. If water is an issue, smaller holes can be completed using dry coring. If a special angle is required, core rigs can be configured to accurately achieve desired openings. Extreme depths can be achieved from a number of methods. ABC Concrete Cutting, Inc has drilled holes up to 120’ deep for the purpose of testing bridge columns.
