Meet the Team
Lori Neal, Owner and CEO of ABC Cutting, has built her career on hard work, determination, and a genuine passion for helping others. Her leadership journey began early—serving as Student Body President in high school—and continued as she took on her first management role at just 17 years old. After attending Roane State Community College, Lori quickly discovered her talent for business and went on to build a diverse portfolio of successful companies in Tennessee, ranging from marketing and financial services to insurance, construction, and property management.
In 2018, Lori relocated to Pompano Beach, Florida, bringing her entrepreneurial spirit and strong operational background with her. She joined ABC Concrete Cutting in 2020 as Director of Operations and, in 2025, achieved one of her long-term goals by purchasing the company and rebranding it as Lori Neal & Associates, LLC DBA- ABC Cutting. She continues to expand her professional credentials and is actively pursuing her Florida Contractor’s License as part of her vision for the company’s future growth.
Beyond her business achievements, Lori is committed to giving back. She has served in community leadership roles, including as the 50th President of the Crossville Jaycees, and is the founder of Kids Christmas Inc., which provides clothing and toys to children in need.
Lori’s story reflects a lifetime of steady growth, hands-on leadership, and a deep belief in building businesses—and communities—that make a difference.
Joe Bland has been a respected leader in the construction industry since 1979, bringing decades of experience, insight, and steady leadership to ABC Concrete Cutting and now ABC Cutting. As the former Vice President of ABC Concrete Cutting, Joe played a pivotal role in the company’s long-term success before transitioning ownership to Lori. Today, Joe continues to serve in a consulting and sales capacity, providing strategic insight and trusted leadership that supports the company’s continued growth and reputation.
Known for his foresight, craftsmanship, and ability to navigate complex projects with confidence, Joe has helped shape the company’s reputation for excellence and integrity. His strong client relationships, industry knowledge, and dedication to doing things the right way have made him a trusted name in the field.
Rita brings over 30 years of experience in music education, ministry, and small-business support. With a strong foundation in classical piano and degrees in Music Education, she has spent her life teaching, leading, and serving her community in meaningful ways. Her background also includes state and national certifications in firearm instruction, small-business operations, and award-winning work in citizenship education.
Above all, Rita is most proud of raising four children as a single mother and watching them grow into successful, grounded adults. Today, she is a trusted support partner, helping to oversee QuickBooks and occasionally following up on past due accounts, so you might even speak with her on the phone.
Roi brings over a decade of experience supporting and coordinating daily field operations and now serves as ABC Cutting’s dispatcher. From the office, Roi manages schedules, confirms job details and addresses, and ensures operators have the right tools and equipment before heading to each site.
Throughout the day, Roi stays in constant communication with crews in the field — dispatching assignments, tracking job-specific requirements, and keeping tabs on operators to make sure everything runs smoothly. Dependable and detail-oriented, he plays a key role in keeping the team organized, informed, and on schedule.
Libby brings over 35 years of leadership and business experience to her role as Office Manager at ABC Cutting.
A University of Tennessee graduate, she retired from The Kroger Co. after a successful multi-state career in executive and management roles. Since joining ABC Cutting in 2024, Libby oversees payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable with care, organization, and attention to detail.
Libby is known for her reliability, professionalism, and supportive approach behind the scenes. Outside of work, Libby enjoys volunteering with animal rescue organizations, has an absolute love for cats, and stays actively involved in her South Florida community. 🐱
Dan serves as ABC Cutting’s estimator and plays a key role in supporting incoming business. He prepares the majority of the company’s quotes, gathering important site details, project requirements, and equipment needs to ensure each estimate is accurate and thorough.
With previous experience in construction and estimating, Dan understands what it takes to set a job up for success. In addition to working behind the scenes, he occasionally supports the field by delivering equipment and assisting operators when needed.
Detail-oriented and dependable, Dan helps lay the groundwork for each project, making sure the sales process stays organized and moving forward.
